As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be a musical actress. I became a yoga teacher. I founded Whole Life Whole Yoga.

A book you’d recommend? “Waking: A Memoir of Trauma and Transcendence” by Matthew Sanford

Favorite charity? Joshua Tree Community
