2 men rob Berwyn business at gunpoint

BERWYN – The Berwyn Police Department is looking for two men who allegedly robbed a business at gunpoint in the 6800 block of Windsor Avenue in Berwyn, police said.

At about 4:30 p.m. Dec. 5, police responded to the report of an aggravated robbery after the suspects entered the business and reportedly displayed a black semi-automatic weapon, the Police Department posted on its Facebook page.

The offenders allegedly forced the victims into the rear of the business at gunpoint and stole items from them and the business, according to the post. One of the victims fought off one of the offenders, ultimately leading them to flee, the post stated. She suffered minor injuries in the process.

The offenders are described by police as a black man in his early 20s, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, wearing a ski mask, black fleece jacket, gloves, black jeans and white Nike shoes, and a black man in his early 20s, about 5 feet 3 inches tall, wearing a ski mask, gray hooded sweater, black jacket, gray pants, blue gym shoes and gloves.
