Clemson-bound senior middle finding a connection with her young teammates
For two seasons, Wheaton North senior middle hitter Ani Clark was part of an ensemble cast on a hit show.
Now she’s the star of her own spin-off series.
It’s been an interesting transition, to say the least, for the 6-foot-2 Clemson recruit. Clark is arguably the most talented middle in school history, yet is playing on one of the least experienced teams the Falcons have ever had.
“It’s kind of a new experience to lead the team,” Clark said. “It’s been fun.
“We have a lot of new people but we’re adjusting.”
